2826 Ltd Care Show 2024 Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

The promoter of this giveaway is 2826 Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 08365372, and registered office at Unit 20, Walworth Enterprise Centre, West Way, Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover, Hants, SP10 5AP

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open exclusively to attendees of the Care Show 2024, aged 18 or over, who either:

• Submit their details through the dedicated online form, or
• Enter by placing their business card in the draw at the 2826 Ltd stand during the event.

Employees of 2826 Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from 09:00 on 9 October 2024 until midnight on 28 October 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. Prize

The prize is one (1) VoCoVo Link 4-user system, valued at approximately £700 + VAT.  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on or shortly after 31st October 2024, and the winner will be contacted via the details provided upon entry (either via email or phone).

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted no later than 5 November 2024. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, 2826 Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

The VoCoVo Link 4-user system will be delivered to the winner's designated address at a mutually agreeable time after receipt of confirmation by the winner.

8. Use of Winner’s Information

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

Participate in a use case or case study, which will include providing photographs and a testimonial of the VoCoVo Link system in use.
Permit 2826 Ltd to use their name, business details, photographs, and testimonial for promotional purposes on 2826 Ltd's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials without additional compensation.

9. Data Protection

By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to 2826 Ltd collecting, storing, and processing their personal information solely for the purposes of the competition and prize fulfilment in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.

Personal details will be retained for a maximum of 12 months following the close of the giveaway to facilitate prize delivery and associated marketing activities (such as the case study mentioned above). Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected], but doing so may result in withdrawal from the competition.

10. General

2826 Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway or extend or resume the entry period at its sole discretion without prior notice.2826 Ltd's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
